Is there a cleaning fee?
No separate cleaning fee. It's built into the rate I quote you.
Winter driving?
4WD/AWD is strongly recommended during storms. The driveway is cleared by a snow removal service.
How much cheaper is booking direct?
Airbnb's 15.5% platform cut is baked into nightly rates there. My direct quote leaves it out, so the same nights come in lower — and returning guests get a further discount on top.
